Shaker cocktail — fresh and complex

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Yellow Gentian Liqueur
  • 2 cl White agricole rum
  • 2 cl Fresh lime juice
  • 1.5 cl Cane syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • A few drops of lavender bitters

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into a shaker without ice. Dry shake vigorously for 10 seconds to froth the egg white. Add ice, shake again for 15 seconds. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Drop a few lavender bitters on the foam.
