Gentian Sour

Classic sour reinterpreted

Ingredients

  • 5 cl Yellow Gentian Liqueur
  • 2.5 cl Fresh lemon juice
  • 1.5 cl Cane syrup
  • 1 egg white (optional)
  • Lemon zest + 3 drops Angostura

Instructions

Shake all ingredients with ice (with or without egg white). Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Double-strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with lemon zest and 3 drops of Angostura drawn on the foam.
