Gentian Sour
Classic sour reinterpreted
Ingredients
- 5 cl Yellow Gentian Liqueur
- 2.5 cl Fresh lemon juice
- 1.5 cl Cane syrup
- 1 egg white (optional)
- Lemon zest + 3 drops Angostura
Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice (with or without egg white). Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Double-strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with lemon zest and 3 drops of Angostura drawn on the foam.
