The Distiller's Tisane
Hot cocktail, perfect for winter
Ingredients
- 4 cl Red Gentian Liqueur
- 15 cl Linden infusion (hot)
- 1 cl Mountain honey
- 1 lemon slice
- 1 star anise
Instructions
Prepare a hot linden infusion in a cup or mug. Dissolve the honey in the infusion. Add the Red Gentian Liqueur. Garnish with a lemon slice and a star anise. Serve immediately.
