Aperitivo — colour and bitterness
Ingredients
- 3 cl Red Gentian Liqueur
- 2 cl Campari
- 10 cl Premium sparkling water
- 1 pink grapefruit slice
Instructions
In a balloon glass with ice, pour the Red Gentian Liqueur and Campari. Stir gently. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a pink grapefruit slice.
