Aperitivo — colour and bitterness

Ingredients

  • 3 cl Red Gentian Liqueur
  • 2 cl Campari
  • 10 cl Premium sparkling water
  • 1 pink grapefruit slice

Instructions

In a balloon glass with ice, pour the Red Gentian Liqueur and Campari. Stir gently. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with a pink grapefruit slice.
