A revisited digestif

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Red Gentian Liqueur
  • 3 cl Calvados
  • 1.5 cl Orgeat syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • A few drops of rose water

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Drop 2 drops of rose water as a finish.
