L'Arverne

A tribute to the volcanoes of Auvergne

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Red Gentian Liqueur
  • 6 cl Craft amber ale
  • 2 cl Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cl Honey syrup
  • 1 orange slice

Instructions

In a tall beer glass, place large ice cubes. Mix the Red Gentian Liqueur, lemon juice and honey syrup in a shaker. Pour gently over the ice. Top with amber ale. Do not stir. Garnish with an orange slice.
