The Monéger Negroni

A twist on the great Italian classic

Ingredients

  • 3 cl Red Gentian Liqueur
  • 3 cl London Dry Gin
  • 3 cl Red Vermouth
  • 1 orange zest

Instructions

Fill an Old Fashioned glass with ice. Pour the gin, red vermouth and Red Gentian Liqueur. Stir gently for 30 seconds. Express the orange zest over the glass and rub on the rim. Place the zest as garnish.
